Hello! My name is Whitney Fulp, and I
am a junior at Valdosta State
University. I am currently
pursuing my Bachelor's degree from the Early Childhood and
Reading Education Department. I plan to graduate
in May 2006. I
think VSU is a terrific school and I have enjoyed my time here;
however, I am very excited to begin my teaching career.
I live in Nashville,
Georgia. It is a
very small town with only three traffic lights. Nashville is a
wonderful place to live because it has a very charming Southern
atmosphere. The entire town is like one big family. My own family is
the most important part of my life. I have two sisters, Kaitlen and
Kirbi. Kaitlen attends Armstrong Atlantic State University and Kirbi is
a
sophomore at Berrien County High School. I spend time with my sisters
as often as possible.
My favorite vacation spot is definitely
the beach. My family usually ends up somewhere along the Gulf of Mexico
in the summer. My sisters and I try to take several weekend beach trips
whenever we can. Kaitlen and I are traveling to Colorado for Christmas
to visit a friend who recently moved to Denver. We have never been
skiing so we are ready for a very exciting trip. Also I would love to
visit the beautiful islands of Greece
one
day. I have always been
fascinated with its alluring scenery and its rich cultural history.
