Tricia's Family Garden
Designed by Tricia Harmon
My name is Tricia
Harmon and I am a junior at Valdosta State
University. I am currently working on my Bachelor's Degree from
the Early Childhood and Reading
Education Department. I am attending the
cohort program that Valdosta has implemented at South Georgia College. It is wonderful for those of us
who have full-time jobs and families. I hope to graduate in Spring of 2007.
From there, I plan to teach at one of the elementary schools here in Coffee
I was born on July 8, 1978 in Fayetteville, Georgia.
I lived in many different places in Georgia as I was growing up. We
moved here to Douglas, Georgia
when I was sixteen. I graduated from Coffee High in 1997. I then became
a student at South Georgia College. I graduated from South Georgia College
with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2003.
The highlight of my life was when my son, Noah was born on July 7, 2001.
He is now two years old and he is the smartest, most precious little
boy in the whole world. He and my husband are pretty much my whole
life and my only hobbies. I work full time in an attorney's office
as well as attend school at night and still find the time to
be a devoted wife and mother. I don't have time to have many hobbies but,
I do enjoy watching movies and reading books. Noah and I do spend some time
on the internet together and one sight we really enjoy going to is The Bob
the Builder web page. There are a lot of fun activities to do that
children as young as two years or as old as ten can enjoy.
