Imagine you are a mommy or a daddy.  Your child wants a rabbit for a pet.  You decide first to see what will be involved in taking care of a rabbit.  Is it easy to take care of rabbits?  What all will you need to care for your child's rabbit?  What will you want his rabbit to look like?  Where will you want your child's rabbit to live?

Mission Steps

1.  Visit the website that gives tips on caring for rabbits.

2.  What are some things you will need to begin with in  
     caring for your child's rabbit?

3.  Will the rabbit live inside your house or will he be kept in 
     a cage in your yard?

4.  Draw a picture of what you want your child's rabbit to   
     look like. Is he going to be big or little?  Is he going to be 
     brown, black, white, or several colors? 

5.  Give your drawing to the teacher and he will look over it,
     scan it, and have it published on the internet.
