CREDIT REPORT FROM EXPERIAN (FORMERLY TRW)

On March 1, 1997, Experian discontinued providing its nationwide
program of providing a credit report free of charge on an annual
basis. However, Georgia law requires one free copy per year even
without credit denial. If you have any questions, call 972-390-
3000 to speak with a representative. Call the provider at 800-682-

ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR CREDIT REPORTS

A consumer may be unfairly denied needed credit because of errors
in the credit report. Correcting this problem is not always easy.
Different credit bureaus may have conflicting information
concerning credit history.

For $30.95, (s/h included), you may request, by application only,
a complete credit check on yourself from Confidential Credit. The
fee for next day service is $49.95. By doing so, you can access
its data bank, which combines credit files kept at Equifax, Trans
Union, and Experian, which are the three major U.S. credit bureaus.
The report is presented on a relatively easy-to-read layout.
Consumer counseling is also offered. But, if you notice any errors
in this report, you will have to contact the bureaus individually.
Confidential Credit's phone number is 800-443-9342.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RESIDENTS OF COLORADO, GEORGIA, MARYLAND,
MASSACHUSETTS, VERMONT, AND NEW JERSEY ARE ENTITLED, UPON REQUEST,
TO RECEIVE A FREE ANNUAL PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT EVEN WITHOUT CREDIT
DENIAL. A RECENT CHANGE TO THE FEDERAL FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT
ALSO REQUIRES CREDIT BUREAUS TO GIVE A FREE REPORT TO INDIVIDUALS
WHO THINK THEIR CREDIT FILE CONTAINS INCORRECT INFORMATION AS A
RESULT OF FRAUD, ARE UNEMPLOYED AND LOOKING FOR A JOB, OR RECEIVE
PUBLIC ASSISTANCE.

If you find an error when you review your credit record, write to
the credit bureau and request that it verify the information. Even
if that bureau corrects your record, you should contact the other
two bureaus to be certain that their records are also corrected.
