Fly On Into Jordan River

Hello! My name is Sam Jordan. I am a junior at Valdosta State University, and I am currently enrolled in the off-campus Early Childhood Education program at South Georgia College in Douglas, GA. My group will be the first to graduate from the VSU/SGC cohort with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood.

I am originally from Homerville, GA. I moved to Douglas, GA about 3 years ago, after being hired as the Minister of Music at The Sanctuary on Waldroup Avenue. Most of my time is spent listening to music, especially praise and worship from Hillsong Church in Australia.

I am an avid waterfowl lover. Waterfowl are birds who swim in water. I raise several different species of waterfowl, including Black Bellied Whistling Ducks, Wood Ducks, Pintails, and Canada Geese, which are my favorite. Canada Geese offspring are called goslings. Unlike most birds, they are taken care of by both their father, which is the gander, and their mother, which is the goose. My Canada Geese had four goslings this year.
