One morning two ladybugs wake up and want breakfast. The Friendly Ladybug greets the Grouchy Ladybug with a smile and says, "Good Morning!" The Grouchy Ladybug replied back, and said, "Go away, I want those aphids." The Friendly Ladybug suggests sharing, but the Grouchy Ladybug did not want to, and she wanted to fight the Friendly Ladybug. The Friendly Ladybug did not feel threatened, so the Grouchy Ladybug went away to fight someone else.
Throughout the day the Grouchy Ladybug met many other animals: a yellow jacket, a stag beetle, a praying mantis, a sparrow, a lobster, a boa constrictor, a hyena, a gorilla, a rhinoceros, an elephant and a whale. She insisted that they were all not big enough for her to fight.
The last animal, the whale did not speak to her. The whale's flippers did not talk to her, the whale's fin did not talk to her, but the whale's tail......
