THE Three Pigs is
a book by David Wiesner. It starts with the three pigs leaving
home to find there fortune. The first pig builds his house out of
straw. At that moment the wolf comes knocking at his door.
"Little pig, little pig, let me come in." The pig was smart and
said, "Not by the hair on my chinny-chin-chin." The wolf is very
angry now and tells the pig, "Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll
blow your house in. The wolf does just that, but he blows the pig
right out of the story.
The wolf then goes to the second little pig's house
who made his house out of sticks. The wolf asks the second pig
the same thing, but the pig responds just like the first pig.
Then the first pig comes to the safety of the second pig and they head
to the third pig's house which is made out of bricks.
Once the two pigs arrive at the third pig's house
they talk, and decide to explore other places to stay. The pigs
go on their journey and meet new friends, but they decided that their
first home is the best place for them. Then they invite their new
friends over for some soup.
