The Very Hungry Caterpiller

This is a story about a very hungry caterpillar. The caterpillar starts his life as an egg settled on a leaf in the bright moonlight. With the beggining of the next day he pops out of his shell. His journey as a caterpillar beggins! He was so hungry, and began to look for food.
He ate through an apple, two pears, three plums, four strawberries,five oranges, and everything from chocolate cake to watermeon! He ate so much yet he was still hungry. It seemed as if he would never get full!
He then ate through one nice green leaf and at last he was full! After that he realized he wasn't full and not so little anymore. He was now a big fat caterpiller! Becoming tired he built himself a cocoon and went to sleep. Then after a good rest he made his way out and realized he was a beautiful butterfly!
