The story of the little hungry caterpillar starts at the beginning of his life. The caterpillar begins as a small egg laying in the moonlit night. Then one day the sun comes out and so does the caterpillar.
The caterpillar soon becomes hungry. He looks for some food, and he eats many different things each day. A week later he was not hungry or little any more.
The caterpillar makes a small house for himself to live in for a while. He stayed inside without coming out for more than two weeks. He nibbled through his cocoon and a great big changed had occurred!
