This is one of my favorite
children's stories because it shows the things we do with are children
are remembered by them and carried on to their children. I read
this book to my oldest daughter when she was about eight years
old. She enjoyed the book and wanted it read to her nightly so I
had to purchase the book because the library would not let us keep the
book forever. Now my daughter reads every where she goes, all
the time so she did take something away from the story even
if it was only a love for reading.
