Topic Mini-Research Real World Activity

Let's pretend you are a teacher! Your Kindergarten class is going to learn about words that rhyme. As the teacher, you need to make a decorative poster about rhyming for your students to look at. You need to choose two words that rhyme from the Elmo lesson and draw a picture for each word. You want your poster to be very colorful and help your students understand rhyming words.
Steps to Complete Real World Activity

1. Pick two words that rhyme with each other from the Elmo lesson.
2. Write these two words on the poster with a marker.
3. Draw a picture that describes each word using colorful markers.
4. Describe your poster to another student and explain why these two words rhyme.
