My name is Kayla Wall and I am twenty-one years old. I am currently at Valdosta State University  as a junior and in the Early Childhood Education program. This is my first semester in the program so I am very anxious to get started and to start doing what I love.  I decided I wanted to work with children my Sophomore year in high school. I worked at a school with young children and right then I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I have worked in the school system for 5 years and I loved it! I am from Adel, Georgia but I currently live in Valdosta.

My hobbies are spending time with my family and friends, reading, shopping, going to Georgia football games and traveling. My favorite hobby is traveling.I have traveled to several places and over this past summer I went to California. It was very different from Georgia and I would love to visit it again but I would never want to live there. I have also been to Washington D.C. and several different states close to Georgia. My dream is to later travel the world as much as I can and experience the different cultures.

I also believe education is a journey we all go through. It has taken me many places and has given me several opportunities. It has taken me to the journey of being a teacher. I believe traveling is a great way to explore education and the more each one of us travels and experiences the more knowledge we will gain.

There are several websites to help teachers get ideas for lessons, activities, and more. My two favorite websites are A to Z Teacher Stuff and  Teachers. They are extremely helpful in every way possible. I also know several teachers who use these websites and these websites are completely free. It is a great way to get ideas to help out and it can even help create new ideas to make it even better.
