to my website! I am so glad that you have come to play! Let
me tell you about myself. I am 21 years old and have lived in Valdosta,
GA my entire life
except for my fresman year of college when I went to the University
of Georgia to play
softball. Go Dawgs!!! After that
first year of college at UGA I decided to come back home to Valdosta
State University and that
is where I am currently enrolled in school as a student in the Department of Early
I can't wait to become a teacher one day!
At VSU I am a member of
Alpha Delta Pi
sorority. I am very active and involved with my sorority.
Our mascot is the lion. We have over 70 girls in Alpha Delta Pi
at Valdosta State University. We have alot of fun together.
We go to socials, participate in sports events, hold meetings, but
most importantly we support and raise money for the Ronald McDonald House.
The Ronald McDonald House is a home that is near a hospital that houses
the families of children that are very sick and have to stay at the
hospital for long periods of time. The house does not cost any
money for the family to live there. That is where my sorority
comes in and raises the money and support for these families to live at
the house. We hold spaghetti dinner fundraisers, baketball
tournaments, and many other events to raise money for the Ronald
McDonald House. It is alot fun and rewarding! I am also
the Baptist Student Union at Valdosta State as well as participating in
intramural sports at VSU. I especially love to play flag football
and basketball. Sports play a huge role in my life. Just
this past year I was asked to coach softball at my alma mater, Lowndes High School.
I was the junior varsity head coach and a varsity assisstant
coach. It was alot of fun! My family also plays a huge role
in my life. In my family there is my mom and dad, my two younger
brothers, me, a
dog, and two cats. We are all very close and I love them very much
be where I am today without them
and their support!
