My
LifeI was born and raised in Cordele, GA. We are known for being the Watermelon Capital of the World. I have two older brothers and one younger brother. Yes, I am the ONLY girl! I completed my undergraduate studies at Valdosta State University in Special Education/Early Childhood. I'm currently living in Perry, GA with my wonderful husband and handsome son. They definitely keep me busy! As a family, we enjoy roller skating on Friday nights. I haven't perfected the skill as of yet, but I am getting there. My husband and I recently entered the business of videography. This is a new adventure for us, but we are really excited. On top of all that, I absolutely enjoy American Sign Language. When I'm not skating, editing film, or running behind my son, I'm perfecting my sign language skills!
My Class
I teach in a resource setting. My students range from grades 6th-8th. I instruct all subjects (Math, Reading/Lang. Arts, Social Studies, and Science). I enjoy teaching for the simple fact things are never predictable. There's always something new and something different that happens each day!
