There
once was a boy, who everyday would come outside to play with a tree. He
would eat the apples, play hide and go seek, and sleep under the shade.
One day the boy grew up. The boy would come to the
tree and ask for help. The tree always helped the boy by giving him her
apples to sell, and her branches to make a house.
Then she was left alone, until the boy came back
when he was very old. The old man just wanted a place to rest. She told
him that he cound sit on her tree stump. The boy did and the tree was
happy.
Critical Thinking Question:
How would you have provided a place for the old man to rest?
