My field experience placement is Clyattville Elementary in Clyattville, Georgia. The elementary school has grades K-5 with two Pre-K classes in the back of the school.  The school is located in Lowndes County. I was assigned to a Pre-K class.

I am scheduled to attend my class on Mondays and Wednesday from 8:00am to 11:30am. During the first two weeks in November I will be attending class from 8:00am to 3:00pm which is a full day of school. The school is located in a rural setting which is very different from what I am use to.

The students in my class are between 3 to5 years old. The class is in a regular school but they have there own schedule because the students are so young. The two Pre-K classes seem to run on a totally different schedule from the rest of the school. They are an interesting group of kids with various levels of development. They greeted me my first day with open arms. I love my Pre- K class.
