New
Baby
Stan and Jan
Berenstain
Picture and Summary by Erin Roche

Small Bear is thinking
back on the joys of growing up in Bear Country. One morning he
wakes up and sees that he has outgrown his little bed. He has
pains in knees and aches in his legs.
Papa Bear
says they will go into the woods and make Small Bear a bigger
bed. Small Bear wonders what will happen to his little bed as
they rush out
the door to the woods. Mama Bear says not to worry about the
bed. He has
outgrown it just in time!
From what you have read so far, what do you think is going to
happen to Small Bear's little bed?
