EQ: How can you determine the total number of possible ways to arrange
numbers and letters on a license plate?



Standard:     MM1D1. Students will determine the number of
outcomes related to a given event.

                               a. Apply the addition and multiplication principles of counting.
                            b. Calculate and use simple permutations and combinations.


    PLO:        Student will be able to determine the total possible
    outcomes for developing a license plate.
