Welcome to my page! I am originally from Memphis, TN and I love Jamaican food. I am a graduate of Georgia State University. Currently, I am working on completing a Master of Arts in Teaching in Special Education. My goal is to become a teacher who motivates students to pursue their goals and build excellent character. My hobbies include traveling, reading, gardening and watching documentaries. I have traveled to Bermuda, Jamaica and Puerto Rico all within three years. I officially have a traveling bug!
I work with students that have Intellectual Disabilities. Their grade levels range from 9th to 12th grade. They are a humorous bunch and make me smile everyday! My goal is instruct them, provide adaptations and to help them become as independent as possible.

My mission is to love myself and others. I want to let my spirit shine like a light and be an inspiration for others. I will respect myself and other people. I will strive to use open, honest and loving communication. I will maintain my health and stay balanced. I will continue to develop good character.
