My name is Angela Williams and I am currently a junior at Valdosta State University. I am in my first block in the Early Childhood Education program. My dream is to become a kindergarten or first grade teacher within the next couple years. I have always had a strong desire to work with young children and have hopes to impact each of my students in a positive manner.

I'm twenty years old from Marietta, Ga. I have been a gymnast and cheerleader all of my life. I cheered for sixteen years and finished my cheerleading career here at Valdosta State, where I was a Valdosta State Blazer Cheerleader. I cheered for football, basketball, and was also on the competition squad. I'm a Georgia All-Star Cheerleaing Alumni, and was also a UCA and NCA All-American Cheerleader. In high school I was named a Who's Who Among American High School Athletes. Those were definately some of the best years of my life and left me with wonderful memories.

I look forward to seeing you in class soon!

Links For Teachers and Parents!
I have found two wonderful links for parents and teachers. These two websites have  a lot of information and ideas that help both parents and teachers. The Scholastic Webpage is my favorite site and includes games and activities just for students as well, but the Teacher Vision site is also very useful. Both of these websites are very easy to use, and I urge parents and teachers to take a look at them!
