Flower Garden

"Hi and welcome to my garden!" My name is Amber Williams and I am currently a junior at Valdosta State University majoring in Early Childhood and Special Education. I have an associates's degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Early Childhood Education. After graduating with my bachelor's degree in ECSE (Early Childhood/Special Education), I will pursue my master's degree.  Then, I plan on becoming a teacher in my hometown of Moultrie, Georgia.

One of my favorite hobbies is gardening. I love to plant flowers and tend to my flower beds! I guess you could say that I have a "green thumb"!  The National Gardening Association website provides many useful tips for gardening and decorating.  Also, you can find gardening guides and  how-to videos at this website. If you enjoy the outdoors and gardening, this site is for you!

There are many great websites available for teachers. Georgia Public Brodcasting has a wonderful website full of standards-based resources, activities, and games.  Another great teacher website is A to Z Teacher Stuff, which is designed by teachers. At this website, you will find lesson plans, printable worksheets, tips, and more! This website also sends free newsletters.
