Mini-Research Real-World Activity
Today we are going to take trip to an animal farm! While we are there we are going to see many different kinds of animals. We are going to make an animal memory book. In our book, we will draw a picture of each kind of animal we saw on our trip to the farm, so pay close attention to each animal so that you will know what to draw. Have fun!!
Steps for Real-World Activity
  1. Today we will take a make-believe trip to an animal farm.
  2. We are going to explore Kiddy House and you will then discuss with your partners what kind of animals you see.
  3. Study the pictures of the animals closely and try to remember the names of the animals.
  4. In the booklet provided, write the name of the animal at the top of the page with the pencil provided.
  5. On the same page as the animal name, draw a picture of the animal with the crayons provided.
