Thank you to Our Guest Speaker Last Week:  Mr. Jamie Tanner of Valdosta State University's Human Resource Department.  The use of social networking when searching for a job has many advantages. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.  VSU SHRM will greatly miss you.
We are sponsoring a charity:  “Dress for Success”
 We hope to collect suits (for men and women), dresses, shoes, purses, ties, belts, and accessories.  These items will assist Valdosta State University students in need of an outfit for job interviews.  Along with assisting students in need with the proper attire, we will also be aiding those in need of interview skills and resume building assistance.  If you are interested in volunteering or if you have donations, please email us at vsushrm@valdosta.edu
