Welcome to Anime Aftermath, Valdosta State University’s most exciting anime organization!  We are an exceptionally active organization that strives to promote the rapidly growing anime industry in North American through a multitude of engaging events, screenings, and just having fun!

What is anime, you ask?  Anime, or Japanese animation, is a specialized style of animation that crosses a vast number of genres and categories.  While the sensation originated in Japan, the interest has spread across the world by connecting people of all different races, beliefs, and lifestyles through a common field.  There’s something for everyone in the wide world of anime: everything from intense action to hysterical comedy, heart-wrenching tragedies to warm-and-fuzzy romances.

With such a variety of themes, it’s impossible not to find something you’ll like!  And that’s what Anime Aftermath is here for.  Not only will we expose you to a nearly endless well of anime, but we’ll also connect you to other anime fans that, just like you, didn’t even know such a wide world existed!
