Purpose of Policy	This policy summarizes Valdosta State University’s policy pursuant to the Gramm Leach Bliley Act Information Safeguards Rule which is meant to ensure the security and confidentiality of covered records.
Who Should Know this Policy	Faculty and staff of Valdosta State University who may have access to any record containing nonpublic financial information about a student or other third party who has a relationship with the Institution.
