Section 5: Toolbar Removal
Step 1:
Click the Start button.
Then, click Control Panel.
Step 2:
Click the Uninstall a program link.
Note: If you do not see an Uninstall a program link, click the Programs tab in the left sidebar.
Step 3:
Look for any entry with the word Toolbar listed in its name. When you locate one, click on it. Then, click the Uninstall button.
Follow the steps provided by the uninstaller.
Repeat these steps until all entries with the word Toolbar in their name have been removed.
After you have done so, restart your computer.
