My calendar shows only those activities which require that I be at a certain place at a specific time and NOT everything I do.

If you have Outlook and are looking at the calandar to find a time when I am available, ignore the descriptions of what I am doing and simply find a time not scheduled that is during normal business hours (8am to 5:30pm Mondays thru Thursdays, 8am to 3pm Fridays). Then let me know the date and time you have selected.  Call me at 229-259-5147 or email bmuntz@valdosta.edu . It is best to give me two or three days advance notice.  If you need an evening or weekend time, please let me know as far ahead as possible. Thanks!
