Do you have the first and last names of all candidates you would like to bring in for an interview?	Yes	No
Do you have the posting number or the position number listed in ADP?	Yes	No
Have you provided the position title?	Yes	No
Can you provide an explanation as to why non-selected candidates were not invited for an interview?	Yes	No

Once you have answered yes to all the above questions, please submit the information via email to Dr. Maggie Viverette
