Carolyn was born in Essex County, New Jersey, but reared in Valdosta. GA. She worked for PROJECT CHANGE in Valdosta for three years and while there, realized how important diversity effects individuals, the community, workplace and the region. Carolyn has participated in numerous diversity seminars and workshops and wants to encourage change in the communities. She wants to plant a seed of thought that someday will grow to help shape and mold people in a positive manner.
