FLED offers four programs:

B.A. in Spanish or French: Foreign Language Education Track: Qualifies students for certification to teach French or Spanish in grades P-12. [see current VSU Undergraduate Course Catalog

M.Ed. in Education with a Major in Secondary Education – Spanish: An advanced in-field master’s degree for certified Spanish teachers. [see current VSU Graduate Course Catalog]

Certification-Only Internship: Qualifies students without certification or provisionally certified to teach French or Spanish in grades P-12.

ESOL Endorsement: Credentials students with a three-course endorsement to teach English to speakers of other languages. [see current VSU Undergraduate and Graduate Course Catalog]
