Through the combination of the two, businesses have been able to achieve outstanding results in the form of efficiency increases.

This process involved migrating the proven techniques for Lean Six Sigma from a business setting to an educational setting. The goal of the project was to reduce the number of work hours lost by new faculty waiting for initial access to computing resources needed to complete job duties.
