Customized Library Instruction
For Online & Distance Courses
Providing library instruction is one of our main priorities at Odum Library. Your librarians are dedicated to teaching the information literacy skills your students need to excel in their courses. We have a wide range of services available to enhance your courses with effective library instruction tools:
- Face-to-Face instruction is available: many of our librarians are available to travel to off-campus locations. Schedule a library instruction course today at http://www.valdosta.edu/library/services/instruct.shtml
- Embedded Librarians: invite a librarian into your BlazeVIEW course to facilitate a discussion board about research and library services. Contact the Outreach Services Librarian at 229.245.3745 for more details.
- Customized Library Instruction: Choose from a wide variety of Research Help Tools, Subject Guides, and Tutorials to create a customized library instruction section in your BlazeVIEW course, see our Library Help page.
