User Experience Testing at Odum Library
What is User Experience Testing?
User Experience Testing is a mixed-methods approach to determining user needs, finding out how easy a resource is to use, and consistently getting helpful feedback from our community. It's a way to make the design of our webpages centered around you, the VSU community!
What is Odum Library doing?
Odum Library has a User Experience Testing Plan for our own digital resources. The plan is designed so we have at least one testing event every year, with room in-between to make any changes to our websites, social networks, or other digital resources.
