Effective literature-searching tip for business students:
Use NAICS codes and Tickers for more effective searching. NAICS codes can be obtained from the US Economic Census and Tickers can be obtained by using the NASDAQ and NYSE Ticker symbol look-up.

- Use Ulrich's to determine if a journal is refereed (peer reviewed). Look for the referee's shirt!
