Following both the Library's Gift Procedures and Gift Policy in accepting this material, VSU Library and VSU Foundation reserve the right to dispose of the that which we cannot use as we see fit. Material not used may be returned to the donor if picked up within three weeks of notification. As indicated in the completion of the below form, the VSU Foundation will provide the donor with a written acknowledgment of the gift if requested at the time material is donated.
