Electronic Thesis & Dissertation Release Form

Form Purpose: This form is intended for Valdosta State University Graduate students who have completed their thesis or dissertation and want to place an electronic version in Vtext, an open access digital repository maintained by the Odum Library to collect, preserve, and distribute Valdosta State University's intellectual capital in ways not currently supported by traditional library and publication print models.

I hereby certify that I have obtained and attached written permission statements from the owner(s) of each third party copyright material to be included in my thesis or dissertation, allowing distribution as specified below. I also certify that the version I have submitted is the same version that was approved by my advisory committee.

I hereby grant to Valdosta State University and its agents the non-exclusive license to archive and make accessible, under the conditions specified below, my thesis or dissertation in whole or in part in all forms of media, now or hereafter known. I retain all ownership rights to the copyright of the thesis or dissertation, including the right to use it in whole or in part in future works.
