Embedded Librarian Request

Form Purpose: This form is intended for faculty and staff of Valdosta State University to use to request an embedded librarian for their online or hybrid class. Requests should be placed with at least two week's notice, when possible. The librarian will contact you to talk about how you would like to collaborate. Embedded librarians are most effective when students have an assignment that requires them to use library resources. It is also helpful for course instructors to refer students' research questions to the embedded librarian.
