There are many photographs of the recitals along with some of the extra programs from the recitals. There are letters to Mrs. Marie along with extra information (such as roll books for classes, sheet music to recitals, figurine collection information, and notes of dances presented at an annual convention) included within in the folders. An article from the Valdosta Daily Times was included also.

Biographical Note

Marie Crockett Yeomans, a renowned dance instructor, comes to Valdosta State College by way of Columbia University Teachers’ College. Mrs. Crockett Yeomans opened a dance studio for the natives of Valdosta, Georgia.
