Placing Holds

If a library item is checked out to another borrower, a patron can request that the item be held for them when it is returned. The patron will be notified by either an email or telephone call. In the event an item needs to be recalled, a notice is generated and sent to the current borrower. Both of these requests are done from the Circulation Desk. It is the responsibility of the patron to ensure that the library has a current mailing address/phone number on file. All patrons are responsible for honoring recall requests and are subject to recall fines.
