Dr. Zulal Denaux
Professor of Economics
Dr. Zulal Sogutlu Denaux joined the Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business Administration faculty in 2002. She received her BA in economics from the Political Science Faculty, Ankara University in Ankara, Turkey. In 1994, she came to the USA to pursue her graduate studies. She received her MBA (1995) from New Hampshire College, a M.E. (1998) and Ph.D. (2001) in economics with a minor in statistics from North Carolina State University. After graduating, she worked at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina where she received 2001-2002 MBA professor of the year. Her research and teaching interests are macroeconomics, economic growth and development, econometrics, and international trade.
