Mypages Server
For the Mypages server to authenticate access you will need to supply the correct username and password. This will be your Active Directory username and password.
To log into your website you will need to know 3 pieces of information.
- Your Active Directory username.
- Your Active Directory password.
- The URL of your web site your Mypages personal web site is located at an address that looks similar to the following. Replace username with your own username. Don't worry if it does not work already. The next step is to create it.

Main Server
Your web server space is included as part of your VSU email account. For the web server to authenticate access you will need to supply the correct username and password for your VSU FTP account.
If you do not know your VSU FTP account information, then please use the directions below to locate both your username and password.
- If you have never used it before or you have forgotten the password, then please contact the IT Helpdesk to arrange for the password to be set. (229)245-4357 IT Helpdesk
To log into your website you will need to know 4 pieces of information.
- Your account name
The letters before "@valdosta.edu".
- Your FTP password
The letters, numbers, and/or symbols supplied.
- The file system location of your space on the web server Your personal web site is located in your home directory in the folder name "public_html".
Department and organization web sites are located elsewhere. Contact the Web Services should you have any questions about them.
