Assistant Director of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) - Lisa Baldwin
The Assistant Director of Enterprise Application Services manages both Academic Administration Services and Financial Administration Services teams. These teams support the enterprise software systems that are used on campus. These systems include the student information system, financial systems, human resouces systems, among others. The student information system used on campus is Banner. Banner contains modules that manage student admission, academic history (course catalog, course schedule, registration, transcripts, etc), financial aid, and account receivables information. The financial system that is used on campus is the Peoplesoft Financials system. This system manages most of the financial information inclusive of budgets, purchasing, travel, etc. ADP and PeopleAdmin are the systems used in human resources to manage employee information. Some of the other software systems we help manage are DegreeWorks (degree audit), internal applications, mobile applications, support of other academic systems when needed and supporting the data warehouse environment.
