Welcome to Enterprise Application Services
The staff of EAS is comprised of two areas. The teams consist of a Academic Administration team (which works with the data residing in the Banner student information system) and a Financial Administration team (which works with the data residing in the Human Resources and Financial systems). These teams are directed by the Assistant Director of Information Technology. A department residing within Valdosta State University needing information in regards to any of the systems can request the information through the Assistant Director.
A request for information can be sent to Lisa Baldwin, lbaldwin@valdosta.edu or by phone 229-333-5736. The request, if needed, will be forwarded to an approving department. A new on-line system is being developed where a request can be made on-line. Users will be able to submit, edit, and track requests, in addition to providing additional information asked for by an EAS respondent.
