xavier cheevers is new computer services specialist working in desktop support
February 6, 2012 was Xavier Cheevers first day in Information Technology as a Desktop Support Supervisor. Xavier graduated from VSU in May, 2011 with a major in CIS and a minor in CS.
He worked as a Lead IT Technician in the Langdale College of Business before accepting the position in IT. His responsibilities in LCOBA were similar to his duties here in IT; working in desktop support, in classroom support and supervising student technicians.
Every time Xavier works with a user he hopes to empower and enable them so each time they gain a bit more information about their computer issue or question.
Xavier enjoys the outdoors. He loves to camp, fish and hunt and also spend time with his dog.
