attention!!!
The smart classrooms have recently been migrated to Active Directory. This will change the log-in process for the instructor computer. Faculty can log-in with their active directory account and password and have access to their "My Documents" or a generic login can be used. Instructions for the generic account will be displayed on the login page of the instructor computer in the smart classroom.
Welcome to Audio Visual

Audio Visual Support is a diverse department that along with constant support of the technology in classrooms also supports events that are scheduled through Event Services.
New Smart Classrooms: Beginning January 1, 2007, Valdosta Satate University standardized on Crestron and currently has 96 Crestron control systems supporting classrooms, auditoria and laboratories. From the outset, Information Technology recognized the importance of having an identical user interface to facilitate and simplify faculty training.
With one technical support staff and 4 student technicians for the school's AV systems, Information Technology found that having Web-based tools for remote troubleshooting and support was crucial. Information Technology uses Crestron RoomView® software, which turns off all the AV systems and devices at night.
