Corey WasleyCorey Wasley is a sophomore at Valdosta State University pursuing a degree in business. He has likewise been an employee of Valdosta State University's Division of Information Technology for almost two years. During this time, he has continued to hone his skills in frontline client service and troubleshooting as well as handling training material for helpdesk employees. Corey Wasley is currently the lead production technician at the Information Technology Helpdesk and has taken on numerous projects and presentations. |

Justine NicholasJustine Nicholas is senior at Valdosta State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Pre-Medicine. She has been an active participant in the Society of International Students concurrently with her studies. She has likewise been an employee of Valdosta State University's Division of Information Technology for almost three years. During this time, she has continued to hone her skills in frontline client service and troubleshooting as well as on-site office computer installation and maintenance. However, Justine's primary interest has always been in providing faculty and administrative support for BlazeVIEW. She has played a key role in the development of the Helpdesk representative online training as well as BlazeVIEW walkthroughs for the public. Justine exhibits great skill and commitment in both the development and utilization of content using built-in course tools within BlazeVIEW as well as third-party course tools such as Quandary, Wimba Classroom, and Wimba Create. Justine Nicholas was, in fact, one of the Helpdesk's lead presenters at the 2010 Online Lifeline Conference and was responsible for the creation of the poster and handouts for the conference. |

Shenica LambShenica Lamb is a senior at Valdosta State University. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. She strongly believes in following her dreams, and thinks that everyone should as well. Her goal is to become knowledgeable of the different tasks within the various areas of Information Technology. To begin developing her skills in the IT world, she sought us out for an opportunity to learn all there is to learn within this department. That being said, she is currently interning at Valdosta State University’s Division of Information Technology. Though Shenica is currently working at the Information Technology Helpdesk, she hopes to begin interning within other divisions of the Department of Information Technology very soon. |
