Chancellor’s Customer Service Award
In Fall of 2008, the Valdosta State University Information Technology Helpdesk was nominated to compete with call centers, service desks, and help desks throughout the University System of Georgia for the Chancellor's Customer Service Award.
Our Helpdesk was selected by the Chancellor as a GOLD Level Award winner based on our ability to implement a continuous-improvement environment in order to perform well beyond expectations in the realms of client service quality and student retention.
Iin the category of Call Center / Service Desk / Help Desk, the VSU IT Helpdesk was selected as a Gold Level Award winner among all call centers, service desks, and helpdesk throughout the University System of Georgia.
