Summary
Hallnet is Valdosta State University's campus wireless network. To ensure the stability and performance of Hallnet service, Information Technology has listed a few usage guidelines in the VSU Information Security Policy.
Detail
Please review the VSU Information Security Policy for policies prohibiting the use of rogue devices including 2.4 GHz cordless phones, routers, switches, etc. and modifying or executing of codes which can be harmful to the network infrastructure including setting up a network bridge.
If you are found to be operating a device or software interfering with the network, you could lose privileges of access to the network permanently.
