Step 16: Bringing up the Wireless Network Properties
Double-click the wireless icon 
in your task tray at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Then click the Open Network and Sharing Center link in the pop-up window that appears.
Then, click the Manage wireless networks link on the left sidebar of the window that appears.
