Troubleshooting
These guides are designed to assist you with resolving software conflicts preventing you from accessing BlazeVIEW properly. If the symptom you are encountering is now shown here, it may be a BlazeVIEW administrative issue rather than a software conflict.
Note: Prior to attempting the steps listed below, we would recommend going through our First-Time Users guide, as the steps there correct a number of issues.

| You are not prompted to choose whether to open or save a file you are downloading. | |
| Avoiding Shortcut Attachments | Recipients report that they are receiving a .lnk file instead of the intended attachment. |
| Connecting to a Different Node | You are not able to get to the BlazeVIEW website or experience extreme slowness when doing so. |
| Webcam Setup for Live Classroom | You are not able to see your own video in Wimba Live Classroom. |
